Return and Ride Cancellation Policy – BharathGo Cabs

We understand that plans may change unexpectedly. BharathGo Cabs provides a fair cancellation policy to accommodate such changes while also ensuring driver and operational efficiency.

User-Initiated Cancellations

• Users may cancel a ride free of charge within 2 minutes of booking.
• Cancellations made after the free window may attract a standard cancellation fee.
• Repeated cancellations may lead to temporary suspension of the user’s account to maintain platform integrity.

Driver-Initiated Cancellations

• If a driver cancels the ride after accepting the booking, the user shall not be charged any cancellation fee.
• Users are encouraged to report frequent driver cancellations via the app or customer care.

Cancellation Fee Structure

The cancellation fee (if applicable) is calculated based on:

• Time elapsed since booking.
• Distance travelled by the driver before cancellation.
• Type of ride and service selected.

Applicable fees will be reflected in the user’s invoice or deducted from wallet balance (if any).
