BharathGo offers a convenient way to book rides using two-wheelers, autos, and cabs through its app and website. By using BharathGo, you agree to follow these terms and conditions. Here’s a simple summary of how BharathGo works and what you need to know as a user.

General Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use BharathGo. When you register, you’ll need to provide accurate information and keep your account details safe. Sharing, duplicating, or creating multiple accounts is not allowed, and any misuse could lead to account termination. .

Services and Payment

BharathGo connects you with drivers but does not directly provide transportation services. Your contract for the ride or delivery is with the driver. Prices for rides are shown on the app, and you can pay either through the app or in cash. BharathGo does not handle cash disputes, so it’s important to confirm the amount with the driver directly.

User Conduct

BharathGo expects users to respect its platform and drivers. Actions like tampering with the app, uploading illegal content, or harming drivers are strictly prohibited. Misuse of BharathGo’s emergency feature could also lead to penalties.

Privacy and Safety

BharathGo has an emergency alert feature in the app for your safety, but it should only be used in real emergencies. The app collects personal information to improve its services, in line with its Privacy Policy. Users must also keep their accounts and data secure.

Liability and Disputes

BharathGo is not responsible for the actions of drivers or the quality of their vehicles. If there are any issues during a ride, you’ll need to address them directly with the driver

Terms and Conditions for Drivers

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, of 2000, providing terms and conditions for Drivers offering bike, auto, or cab services through the BharathGo platform.

General Overview

BharathGo offers a technology platform for Drivers (service providers) to connect with customers, allowing Drivers to provide on-demand transportation and delivery services using their vehicles. These terms govern the relationship between BharathGo and Drivers, requiring Drivers to meet specific standards, provide accurate information, and adhere to all policies and legal requirements.

Registration and Use of the Platform

To become a Driver, you must meet specific onboarding requirements, be at least 18 years old, and provide necessary documentation. Upon registering, you gain access to the platform where you can receive service requests from customers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are accountable for any activities within your account. BharathGo is not liable for unauthorized access to your account due to lost or shared credentials.

Conduct Expectations

Drivers must maintain professionalism, follow traffic regulations, and avoid any illegal activities, such as using drugs or alcohol during service. They must also take necessary safety breaks as required by law and ensure they meet BharathGo's standards for conduct and appearance. Drivers agree not to share, misuse, or distribute any confidential information accessed through the platform.

Payment Terms

BharathGo charges customers a convenience fee for services facilitated by the platform. For direct payments collected by Drivers from customers, BharathGo deducts any owed convenience fees accordingly. Drivers are solely responsible for collecting and remitting taxes associated with the services they provide.

Confidentiality and Proprietary Rights

Drivers must keep confidential all customer data, platform details, and information shared by BharathGo. The platform and its contents remain the property of BharathGo, and unauthorized distribution or modification is prohibited. BharathGo retains the right to monitor and analyze platform usage anonymously to improve services.

Termination

BharathGo may suspend or terminate a Driver’s access to the platform for any breaches of these terms, misuse, or actions that harm BharathGo’s business interests. Upon termination, Drivers must cease platform use and return any property or materials to BharathGo.

Amendments and Updates

BharathGo may update these terms as needed. Drivers are responsible for regularly reviewing any updates posted on the platform. By continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge and accept any updates to the terms.
